Help Your Loved One Recover—Without Losing Yourself in the Process.

Supporting someone with Health Anxiety is a silent, exhausting journey that most people don’t understand. You’ve become the researcher, the reassurer, and the constant anchor—but the cycle isn't breaking. We created a dedicated space specifically for spouses, partners, and family members. Here, you’ll learn the evidence-based skills to move from "enabling the fear" to "empowering the recovery." Discover how to set compassionate boundaries, end the draining cycle of reassurance, and reclaim the partnership you miss, all while being the support system your loved one actually needs to get better.

It starts with a simple question: "Does this look okay to you?"

You answer honestly to be helpful. But then comes the second question. Then the third. Soon, you realize that no matter how much logic, medical data, or love you provide, it is never enough.

You feel like a broken record, repeating comforts that never seem to stick

You’ve become a "Human Google," researching symptoms to prepare for their next crisis

You’re walking on eggshells, hiding your own life to avoid triggering a new spiral

You miss the person they were before anxiety took over the relationship

You feel there’s no room for your own stress, leaving you without a support system

You’ve stopped making plans, living in constant fear of the next "emergency"

From Recognition to Action

Acknowledging the struggle is the first step—but it isn't the solution. For too long, you’ve been forced to play the role of therapist, doctor, and crisis negotiator without any training. You’ve been using the only tools you had: love and logic. But in the world of Health Anxiety, love can accidentally become enabling, and logic is often ignored by a panicked brain.

It is time to put down the weight of being the "Human Google" and pick up a toolkit designed specifically for your role. We have taken the clinical frameworks of recovery and distilled them into a practical system that protects your peace while fostering their healing.

Monthly Support Group

A private, moderated space where you are the priority. Once a month, we gather on a live video call exclusively for the spouses, partners, and family members of those struggling with illness anxiety. This is a safe harbor to share your experiences, ask questions, and realize you aren't alone. Connect with a community that understands the unique exhaustion of health anxiety support and leave with fresh perspectives and renewed energy.

Video Library for Partners

Short, actionable videos designed for the busy spouse. We break down the clinical principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) into layman’s terms. You’ll learn the "why" behind their symptoms and, more importantly, the "how" behind your response. Discover why giving reassurance actually fuels the anxiety cycle and master the art of "leaning out" so your loved one can start leaning into their own recovery skills.

Boundary and Communication Templates

Downloadable scripts and worksheets for high-stress moments. When your loved one asks, "Does this look like a mole?" or "Can you feel my pulse?" for the tenth time, it’s hard to know what to say. We provide PDF guides and communication templates that give you the exact words to use. These tools help you set compassionate boundaries that reduce conflict and stop the reassurance loop in its tracks.

The Resource & Article Archive

Deep-dive articles and informational resources at your fingertips. Gain access to a curated library of articles focusing on family dynamics, the physiology of the nervous system, and the "Supporter’s Bill of Rights." Whether you have five minutes to read or an hour to study, our archive provides the clinical context you need to stay grounded when the home environment feels chaotic.

The Missing Piece: You Don't Have to Do This Alone.

You can watch all the videos and download every script, but the hardest part of health anxiety is the isolation. It’s the feeling that no one else understands why you’re frustrated or why you’re afraid to leave the house.

Our Supporter Support Community is the "Living Room" of this program. It is where the resources come to life. By joining, you aren't just buying a course; you are entering a community of people who are committed to the same goal: Restoring the health of their relationships.
